I've been using stevia for about 4 years and my dry mouth has been worst about the past year. I have read where some people say stevia gives them a very bad dry mouth. Anyone else experience it?? I may cut it out a few days to see the difference. TIA!

I've been using Stevia in my Coffee for years as well and never have a problem with dry mouth. But I also during a ton of water throughout the day.

Well, if your google search shows others have had problems, I would stop. That sounds miserable.

You may want to just go back to regular sugar. It's only 16 calories per teaspoon and has no side effects.

I tend to stay away from non-sugar sweeteners. A couple of months ago I bought some super concentrated cordial mixes. The bottles were less than 100ml, sweetened with something (not sugar - marked as sugar free) and you just added a squirt of it to a glass of water. A couple of mouthfuls of the stuff made my mouth feel so weird, dry but not dry. Threw them out very quickly.
