Hello, this is it. It's done. I don't want to be fat anymore. I'm counting calories and just really hope I can overcome the binge eating that will occur. Add me to help overcome the jojo effect by binge eating. I'll help you too.

I'm motivated, dedicated, but scared and ready to handle my battle and my urge to binge eat.

Why do I say this? In the past after starting a diet I have this uncontrollable urge to eat huge amounts in a short period. If I can fix that, I can win.

Even so, if I sport, I have a huge hunger and I crave for food! I talk to myself and say, well you sported, you can have this and that... wrong of course!
