Anybody 50+, active willing to lend support?

Hi! I've always been relatively active but menopause and arthritis added weight and are slowing me down. Looking for friends who can help me stay on track. Need help with workout modifications (particularly lifting).

    Hello, I'm also in my fifties and new to these boards, I have similar struggles with menopause, thought I would be done by now, I'm going to have my blood work done and hope to have a definite diagnosis as to what type of arthritis I do have. Did lots of searching on Web MD. Anyhow I love to exercise and I do lift weights, but not more than ten pounds. Use to go to a Gym but now I workout at home with DVD's, my own equipment and I do have a TM and Elliptical trainer for my cardio to mix things up. Staying on track is not always easy, but with support here You can do it.
