So the one thing I had to really take a hard look at....was my ability to hold myself accountable. I am horrible at this. Once I realized how much food I try to sneak , I realized how intense the issue really was, FOOD IS MY DRUG, I AM ADDICTED! So, I needed to find something to crub my cravings. They are so intense that I can end up in tears while trying to fight them. :'(

One day, a friend allowed me to have a sample of her Shakeology. It made a difference right away, and once I had tried it , I was hooked. ONLY ISSUE is, it is WAY too much money! I just can not make a lump payment like that. I looked online for an alternative that was comparable and I stumbled upon IdealShake.

IT HAS SAVED MY LIFE and I truly believe that. It stops my cravings and it is actually good tasting. I feel accomplished when I get up and prepare my morning shake and my snack for lunch. I drink another shake around 3pm and then have a nice small dinner. <3

I am going to need to keep myself in line. NOBODY else is going to do it for me. THIS IS IT. It is finally my turn! B)

How do you stay motivated and accountable? Has anyone else tried IdealShake?
