The weight scale

I'm really unhappy because I've been doing really great at my diet, been exercising everyday for the last 10 days, and when I weighed myself today it told me I gained 3 pounds I thought it looked like I was losing weight... But that number hurts. Could it be muscle, or am I doing it wrong? I really have been working out and doing everything I said...

Are you weighing and logging all your food with a scale?
Your answers are.
1. You are eating more than you think. Get a food scale weight and log everything.
2. You are burning less than you think. Are you eating back exercise calories?
3. You have fixed an unsuitable calorie target
4. Its a fluctuation such as retaining water due to exercise or salt. You fluctuate naturally 1-5lbs a day.
5. You need to be patient because weight loss is not linear.
Nope its not muscle, might be water.
ps feeling sad about ut us a waste of time, just find the reason why and then take the appropriate action. If you are doing everything right then its a case of patience and perseverance.0
