I've been solid on p90x for the last 2 months, but after vacation and a conference in Phoenix, have fallen off and haven't worked out for 5 days due to random factors (not feeling well, exhausted after traveling all day etc). Now I know I'll be out all day tomorrow traveling again, and may not be back into it until I can jump Thursday morning back into my daily pre-work routine.
Question: How damaging is it to take 7 days off? I'm feeling really bummed that I had such a break in the schedule. Should I just extend an extra week of Phase 2, and then power into Phase 3 as if nothing happened?
Feeling guilty. Need motivation to hit Thursday morning like nothing happened...

No big deal. Your body might even appreciate the short break. It's only a week.0

You should take a week off every few months.0
