Exercise advice...

ADVICE PLEASE!

I am currently following the slimming world plan and lost almost 3 stone. Last week I began a running programme which is 30-60 mins of interval training 3 times per week and I do an intensive bootcamp session once a week for 75 mins. Will my increase in exersice have an effect on my weight loss (negative or positive?) sounds like a stupid quesitons but since running last week I have felt heavier :( Before the running I was attending just the bootcamp session once per week.
