needing to get back in gear

Hi all. I'm new to MFP. I had lost weight after having my second daughter and wanted to lose more but I went to the doctor this morning and found out I had gained 15lbs since my last appointment in April!! I had even stated working out at the gym in April! I had to buy new jeans because mine are too tight! So unless my thyroid it having issues I need to track my food intake and get some real motivation!
I would love to gain some fitness friends on here to help keep me accountable!
