NO EXERCISE!!!!!

I'm just sick that I can't exercise like I've been this week. Discovered Sunday that I have what feels like a shin splint. Hurts to walk at times. Taking it easy this week so I can hopefully get back to the grind. I sure do miss it. :'(

    You could be biking, swimming, lifting weights.....lots of things you could do without aggravating your shin splints.

    I'm excited to share that I am averaging over 3,000 steps working from home. Just my daily routine averages quite a few steps!!! My plan once my meniscus heals is to incorporate late evening exercise with a friend....

    Instead of taking the week off, maybe you could try walking at a brisk pace until your shins feel good enough to start running again.
