    I love working out.
Also, I get really restless when I don't.
It also helps me tremendously with stress relief.

The heap of clothes on the floor for donation because they are now too big.
The changes I have seen in my body since starting the gym and not ever wanting to go backwards.
Being fed up of being the overweight girl at the party.

Today - I've nearly finished my 5K training - just a few more workouts to go. I've never been able to run that far - I can't wait to get there.

Tomorrow it'll be (hopefully) smashing my squat max.

Sometimes it's food. I like to eat. And sometimes the only reason I have to get up and move is that it means I get to eat a bit more.

At the moment I keep finding a reason to do it (and adding new ones). As long as those reasons don't run out it's all good.

I'm a New Yorker who lives on public transportation/walking the streets. Some days they feel like full contact sports, and ones I need to train for.
Also I indulge in the funnest, trashiest music while I do cardio (Britney Spears, 3, anyone?). It's motivating, dammit.

Feeling strong, feeling attractive, feeling healthy.

The results of this research do not suggest that healthy eating behavior should be taken lightly. However, it would appear from these findings that physical activity has a closer association with desirable body weight than diet quality.
