Well I'm 5'1 and I want to get to 132 lbs, I'm currently around 176 and have lost nearly 14lbs already so I still have a long way to go. Determined

I'm 5'2.5" but I tend to round up to 5'3". My best weight was really at 135 or 140. I have a long way to go right now too. It's hard for taller people to understand how low calorie requirements really are for petite women!

Iam 5'2 and current weight of 164. Want to be 130lbs. Starting weight was 178. Want to wear a single digit jeans. I tend to drop a pant size for every 15 lbs I lost

I am 5.0. I would like to get to 150 as my second goal. I started at 209 and am currently at 185. 179 is my first goal and I'm pretty close, but have stalled. It's pretty discouraging to hit a wall - but I'm still trying!

I'm 5'2". SW 140, CW 129, GW 120. I may go as far as 115 (weight 14 years ago, pre kids) depending on what I see in the mirror at my goal.

I am 5'3" and am aiming for 125ish. I am 48 years old and consider myself to be active - at least an hour a day of Crossfit or running, so I do carry some muscle. I feel pretty good right now at 131.5, but that's about the top of my comfort zone. I have also been 117lbs, but was training 24 to 30 hours per week for Iron distance triathlon, and was in my 30's, so I think that is an unrealistic goal right now, and the low end of my scale.

Takeaway - we are all different, and carry our weight, muscle and bone individually. Set an achievable goal and then see how it fits when you get there!
