Hello everyone,
So I recently got a concussion at work and am doing my best to sit around and do nothing. I have pressure head aches and feel dizzy and wobbly if I try to walk around.
Anyone else had a concussion before and have any suggestions on how to pass the time or healthy eats?

Watch TV, listen to music, read a book, journal, watch a movie or tv series. Keep tracking your food, but really - your injured. Your primary focus is to get healthy. Check out new recipes or meal ideas on the "i took a picture of my food, let me show you" thread.0

When I got past the wanting to vomit part, I just slept or watched tv.0

e-books and podcasts are good, too if you want to be able to relax with your eyes closed to help the headaches.0
