There is nothing that will help reduce belly fat specifically. A calorie deficit will help lose fat all over and genetics will determine where you lose it first and last.

Less calories. No food or drink will help you spot reduce. Don't believe or buy into anything that says different. Your genetics dictate where you gain fat and where you lose it first.

Olive oil. Between a teaspoon or two teaspoons daily which you can just buy in olive oil salad dressings or use as your preparation oil for cooking. Couldn't believe it till I saw it shrink my stomach.

No, don't listen to this. A calorie deficit is what you need.

Any product or food that claims to cause weight loss in a specific area is bogus.
