Hi gang, Been using MFP for a few months and it has been really helpful. I started just using the diary to track food...so much better than scribbling everything down! I have lost 100+ in the last 8 months or so, partially using a plan a nutritionist laid out for me. Have a ways to go yet. Recently got a recumbent bike, so now I am getting some exercise where I couldn't before. So now I am using the exercise part of the diary. Really glad this is available. I use it every single day and I believe that is part of my success...and I really try to be accurate with my entries, even if it's not ideal. Anyway, haven't interacted at all yet on here, hope you are having some success!
