Although my other nutrient levels are ok, I seem to be recording no cholesteral. In the past I have been told to reduce levels but now I am concerned that I am getting none.
Can you please advise what cholesteral does for the body & how I can safely increase the amount without affecting the fine balance of other nutrients.

Dietary cholesterol does not have much effect on your bodies cholesterol levels. Unless you have known cholesterol issues, you probably don't need to track it.

It used to be believed that dietary cholesterol had a big effect on raised cholesterol levels.

I'm not sure dietary cholesterol really adds anything much. The body makes what it needs, is my understanding, so whether you consume it or not, I don't think it really matters.

    Our bodies make cholesterol. :)

But even though every cell can make its own cholesterol, some cells need extra help with their supply. This is where your liver comes in.
Your body, mainly your liver, produces 75 percent of your cholesterol; your small intestine also aids in both the creation and absorption of cholesterol

Maybe your doctor and nutritionist who you regular visit and monitors you can tell you. Mine does and also what to eat or not to eat for the needs of my body.
