Logging Exercises and Exercise Recommendations

Hi! I'm new to the MFP app. It's my most recent attempt of many to lose some weight and gain confidence in my body.

I just did the Darebee Avenger workout and I'm not sure how to log most of the sets because they're not in the MFP database and nothing in there seems similar enough. I'd add them myself but I don't know the accurate amount of kilojoules burned, ect. Help?

(Specific sets are Punches, Flow Steps, Shoulder Taps, Slow Climbers, Flutter Kicks and Slide Plank Rotations)

I'm also looking for some exercise recommendations! At the moment I'm working through some Darebee and Emily Skye workouts at home, but some other stuff I can do at home and at the gym would be great! ;)
