Training tips for TWO WEEKS until a 5km competitive run

Hey guys,

I've decided to enter a 5km competitive run that is in almost exactly two weeks time. Looking for the best training tips to get a competitive time by that date.

I used to be quite fit but have slipped over the last month or so. Best ever 5km run is 26.30. Tonight I tested myself and it took me 32 minutes! I do work full time which would have contributed to fatiguing before I began.

Anyway just looking for ideas for a 2 week training plan to get the best time that I can on the day :)
