I plan on eating TDEE 20-25% IIFYM. I want to strength train 6 days a week with light cardio. Does this calculation look right for losing weight? I'm new to this and hope I'm researching correctly. Thanks in advance!

    Fat could go down a bit and increase your carbohydrates.
