Need help! - Started new routine at job !

Hey all!
Need some advice, I've started working more night shifts.. mainly 6pm till 430am, Ever since then my diet has sucked. I've been keeping up gym but food wise I've fallen of the bandwagon and haven't been eating my chicken and rice. I don't know when breakfast/lunch or dinner is. I seem to be waking up up around 11am each day. Can someone in a similar situation advise me on their eating schedule? Thanks all!!

    Forget labelling meal times and just eat when you want.

    I ate breakfast when I got up, "lunch" an hour or so before work, and "dinner" halfway through work. Those are just labels, though.

    Agree with the above posters, why put a label on a meal? My diary has labels of morning, noon and evening for the three main meals.

    The only thing is that I'm finding since I'm working these shifts - and sleeping a little bit less than usual I'm constantly hungry!
