Back. Yo-yo-ing. Back.

Two years ago, MFP and I did great over a 9-month period. Am back. Am as heavy as I was before. Sigh.

Going to get a little jumpstart with GNC and try to settle into a routine I once had.

Wish me luck.

Best wishes. I can relate to the yo-yo syndrome. I've decided for myself that, even when I reach my goal, I'll have to maintain awareness of what I'm eating & stay accountable (to myself) by contining to keep a food diary (MFP is such a great tool for that!) for the rest of my life.

...I'm the same way. Make sure what you're doing is fun...set achievement goals..like you want to run a 5k by ____(date).
No junk food for _____weeks and then have a week where your eating relatively good, but enjoying more junk.
Variety is the spice of life! So far, that is what has helped me not yo-yo. Also, when you reach your goals, reward yourself with non-food rewards, i.e., massages, mini-vacation, etc.
