Hi all,

I noticed that the canned ham I use for salads and whatnot carries almost 750 mg of sodium for just half a can. While I can fit that into my daily sodium allowance (according to my diary), should I be watching for single servings of items that are high in sodium or just worrying about my daily allotment? I also drink close to a gallon of water a day.

Thanks

If your doctor hasn't told you otherwise, it's likely not something about which to be concerned.
