Time for change

Hey, new to all this so looking for some support on my journey.
I've lost 1 stone exactly (14 lb) through making small changes and it's given me the boost to get down to a healthy weight.
I need to lose roughly 60lb to be at a healthy weight for my height and need some encouragement along the way please as I've not told anyone I'm doing this so there is less pressure. Any hints and tips are always welcome
