How to best utilize my time at the gym

im a mom of 2 and run a home daycare until 5pm Monday to Friday. I go to the gym 4 times a week for an hour each time. I normally do the fit fix at my gym which is the 9 strength training machines and usually about 10-15 minutes of cardio. I am still losing weight weekly but just wondering if I should keep doing what I'm doing or if I should add more cardio in? I've been thinking about taking my son on a walk to the park every other gym night but I don't really consider walking to be exercise.

It all depends on your goal.
For weightloss you don't really need to exercise since weightloss happpends in the kitchen.
We encourage it though because of the health benefits.
So if you just want an active lifestyle, any type of workout will do. Preferably one you enjoy.0 -
Thanks! I am trying to lose weight. I've got 38 pounds to go to my goal and have been losing 1-2 pounds a week which is good I know. Just didn't know if I could bump it some with anything extra. My brain is wired to wanting instant results I've got to stop that.0
