I have been struggling a but lately. I can't seem to find the motivation I had a few months ago, but I think I am ready to eat cleaner and start getting back to the gym.
I forgot how great I felt especially emotionally.
I got into a horrible slump but I saw someone on my Facebook that is reaching her goals and looks fantastic. This really motivated me to log back on here and start tracking my food and exercise again.
Anyway, I know I'm rambling but I figured if I got these thoughts out it might help me refocus on my goals.
37 pounds down so far without any gain luckily so, here's to the next 30! Wish me luck!
