Not so hungry in the morning, starving at night

So I've been trying to eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day but in the mornings I'm really not all that hungry at all. I make my breakfast and can hardly eat half of it before I'm full and the same goes for lunch or for my snacks. After 7pm though (after dinner) I begin to get ravenous and I've noticed this is when I begin to "binge" eat. Anyone have suggestions to help curb this habit?

If you are naturally more hungry at night, you could allow for more calories then. Some people, including myself, prefer not to eat breakfast and save calories for a larger lunch and dinner. How many meals you eat during the day, whether that's one or ten, doesn't make any difference for your metabolism given the same calories in a day. There is also nothing wrong with eating later in the day as long as you are still staying within your calories. You can experiment with meal timing and frequency to see what works best for your appetite control.

Eat smaller meals during the day, save lots of calories for the evening.
Meal timing doesn't matter, and you don't NEED to have 3 meals and 2 snacks. Eat in the evening if it's going to keep you from binging

I tend to eat a very small breakfast, a similarly small or only slightly larger lunch, and save the bulk of my calories for drinks/dinner. I pre-planned today's meals to be a little higher than usual (I went jogging for the first time today, figured I'd need a little more food and a little less booze) and I'm around 350kcals for breakfast and lunch -- usually it's more like 150-200kcals for breakfast, 200-300kcals for lunch, and then my remaining 1000-1200kcals are for a large (500-700kcal) dinner and snacks or drinks. Occasionally I skip breakfast entirely, if I'm legitimately not even a little hungry.
