Eat a calorie deficit, aim for a reasonable rate of loss (not 2lbs/week if you're a healthy weight), try to hit your macros, don't cut out anything, allow yourself 'cheat' days/meals every now and then (or whatever you want to call them if not 'cheat days').0

Lose weight - count your calories, stay at or under your limit
Be healthy - don't take recreational drugs, don't smoke, don't drink to excess, eat a healthy diet (and not too much), get some exercise, visit your doctor for regular check ups and above all, have good luck.0 -
