exercise

I am Corrine. Are short bike rides a good starting off point when you are just getting started. I have a bad back so walking is not much of an option until I am in better shape.

    Any activity is a good start point ... cycling, swimming, walking. A little activity burns more calories than no ... it builds fitness whereas sitting on the sofa doesn't.
