Hi guys! My name is Mark, I'm an 18 year old college sophomore. I used to be a pretty athletic/or at least fit, guy, was captain of my school's rowing team. Was about 5'9, 165. Once I got to college, I stopped rowing every day and kept eating like I was a high school athlete. Now I'm going into my second year and I'd really like to get back to that fitness place I was in a year and a half ago. I've gotten up to around 200 pounds, but I can still run at least 4 miles at a time, so my fitness base isn't completely gone. I know what I need to do to get back into shape, I would just really like someone who maybe has a similar situation as me to talk to and to hold each other accountable. Girl/guy doesn't matter, just someone who's committed to getting in shape!
Thanks guys and have a wonderful day!

What's up, Mark. Welcome to the club. The Present is as good a time as any to begin, or re-commit, to being fit. So good luck!0
