Final Hurdle!!

hi all. Long story short, 40lbs lost so far over almost two years. Training is a regular feature for the last 12 months. Definitely a lot leaner and weight is at optimum level. Fitness is brill(just ran my first 10k in 50mins).

My final hurdle is the flab around the mid rift! It just won't shift. Look fine with clothes on- no belly or pouch, look pretty toned.

I'm still watching what I eat and am training hard. How do I tone the mid rift? I am a 35 year old male. Currently hovering under and around the 14stones mark 190-196lbs. 6ft 3 height.

Really struggling to tone the stomach flab!
