Sick Day. Help!

So i woke up feeling like death this morning, & i just started using this app.. ive done really well the last couple days.. any suggestions on a light exercise i can do until i get feeling better? Or should i just take the day off? I feel like im cheatin if i dont do anything :(

    Take the day off.
    Your body is indicating it needs rest. Take it.
    You only have one body, so take good care off it :)

    Remote control pick-ups and set-downs.

    Computer mouse clicking.

    Bed roll-overs.

    Pillow fluffing.
