Back and doing things differently this time

I was on MFP last year and lost about 30 lbs over 6 months and got into the shape of my life working out 6 days a week. Unfortunately a very busy job and various family problems put that lifestyle on hold and now in 2015 I've found I gained most of it back:(

Fortunately you can always begin again so here I am!

I'm going all out more or less. I've joined a gym and I'm ramping to workouts 6 days/week again. Done it before so I can do it again.

I never used the community side of MFP much before. Besides my wife and a few others I don't really know anyone here:(((

I would love some friends on here for support. Feel free to add me! :)
