hi my name is Shawanna. I have been in weight loss prison for over ten years. I finally got parole. Lol. But my release date is totally up to me. I must prove to the weight loss gods that I am ready to get out. I convinced that them I was ready and now I have my chance. But I could use some help to keep me going. This is a long road to travel and I must stay on track. So if you have any suggestions, guidance, tips, tricks,it doesn't matter. I will gladly listen because I just can't be in this prison another year. I just can't. Lol. Help me please.
