Calories suddenly drop.

So I have been 40 days with the calorie goal being 1360- this am suddenly it's 1250 and when I go back through my diary it says that as the goal all the way back. Even that I have gone over times when I hadn't. What is this weird glitch?

Unless you lost quite a bit of weight (a very unrealistic amount), I would say it's a glitch. For me, losing 10 lbs knocked me down by about 10 calories.0

Did you adjust your goal at all? I imagine it's a glitch.0

I had manually put my calories in there and was going off that. Then one day, I updated my weight and it dropped my calories almost by 200!
I guess I was overestimating how many calories I was supposed to be having.0 -
If you keep your weight loss goal the same, say one pound a week, of course as you lose weight your calorie requirements will drop. Do 30 min of cardio workout and you can gain additional calories to eat.0

It will adjust as you update your weight.0
