What do you listen to when you work out? Is there a specific kind of music you really only listen to when you're working out? Do you make a playlist? If you could only listen to one album which would it be?

Me, I listen to rap sometimes when I'm working out. But I never really listen to it otherwise. I like the beats. I keep thinking I just need to make a play list but haven't yet. But I've been listening to the Talking Body Album by Tov Lo lately.

Depends on if I'm running or lifting... If Im lifting it's metal/hard rock.. Which I can't listen to while I am running because I will get too stoked and end up blowing my lungs out. Running is usually orchestrated music mixed with some lindsey stirling and a few pieces of dubstep.

Hmm... I haven't thought about Dubstep, I think I might like it for some lifting or even Cardio. But I tend to like things I can sing along to when I do cardio. So Dubstep remixes of songs I already like would be cool.

But oh man, you made me thing about how next time I go to the gym I'm gonna listen to Cowboys from Hell while I lift.

My running playlist is pretty eclectic, everything from Eminem and Fort Minor to Rhianna, Pink and Maroon 5.
