Hell yeah! What's your routine like?
I do 25 reps of a variety of crunches with a medicine ball, then 4 minutes straight of 4 different planks (1 minute straight plank on my elbows, 1 minute of planking on my elbows while alternating touching each hip on the floor, and two minutes of a few different ones) They're so effective. Then side planks!0 -
