Hi All,
I joined My Fitness Pal as a way to better and strengthen my body, as well as keep track of those junk food items that I have trouble binging on. I suffer from stress binging and then stress purging. Although I'm not overweight at 140 LBS, I'd like to lose a little leg & belly fat to be more confident in myself!

    Hi! Welcome. I've been here on and off for quite some time. I am 5'4 and 140 lbs. I gained weight while pregnant and trying to get back in shape. My boys are now 3 and 2 years old! I love my body but want to lose the last about 15 lbs and be toned. I am finding these last 15 lbs to be really hard to lose. I need the extra push to stick with the diet and exercise plan. Hope we can motivate each other!
