Military fitness/weight loss female!

Hi everyone! I'm trying to lose weight to meet my height/weight requirement for the Navy. I orginally started using this app in April when I weighed 256lbs. I've lost 40 lbs since then. I'm a 22 y/o female that is 5'10. I currently weigh 216.5 lbs but need to weigh 177.
My goal weight is 170.
I also do core exercises for now, until my weight drops in order to do real Conditioning. I guess I'm here to see if others are in my postion and for encouragement. I feel like I've stopped losing like I was before and knowing I have until February when I go to MEPS puts me on a tight schedule.
