I can't figure out how to enter metabolic conditioning type exercises. No kettlebell swings, No HIT, no credit for strength exercise. Very disappointing, since that's the best fat burners that I know of. Is there a way?

    I think the only solution is to enter some equivalent calisthenic time for equivalent calories. Wind sprints would have been good but that isn't in the list either. This will have to do.
