    ohhhh IDEA!! Make a nice green salad with good helpings of black olives, feta, bacon or some strip steak slices and an olive oil vinaigrette ...nummy :drinker:

    I just eat salt on ery thing.
    I even put it on pickles

    I have the same affliction, and my doctors feel bad about telling me to eat more salt. Even worse, I don't like the taste of salt. Plus, everyone else in the family has high blood pressure so we don't cook with salt and I have to force myself to salt my food after it's on my plate.

    A great bet is dry cheese. Feta, romano, parmesan, etc. They're lower in calorie and very high in sodium. Mozzarella sticks are good, too.

    Dutch salted herring. But you have to eat it like this otherwise the salt isn't absorbed properly:

    Otherwise anchovies, pizza, cured meats.
