Curves gym

Hi all!
Do any of the ladies here attend a curves gym? I do and absolutely love it! Recently I had to have 3 weeks off training as I simply didn't have the time to train. During that time off I put back on nearly all the weight I had lost since I began!!!
I was just wondering if anyone else attends curves - if they've had success with it or if they totally hated it?

    I used to work at a curves gym. I find its a good exercise for beginners, but after a few months your body will get used to do those same exercises over and over again, and then your weight loss may stall. Keep pushing yourself each workout and add some walking in as well if you can... Its great you found something you enjoy, don't stop if you love it!

    I went to Curves for a while a few years ago. I didn't really lose any weight doing it, but I did get in better shape. I think it's good for motivation--seeing other women there can be nice, and the exercises are less boring and more structured than working out yourself. I don't think it's a miracle workout (there's no such thing), but it's certainly better than a lot of other options. If it works for you, go for it!
