Well, I have started purchasing protein bars instead of whey protien mostly because EOF the taste. I currently weigh 97 kg and am 18 years old at 5 feet 11 inches. I feel like they are tasty and I can just have them in the mornings before school. As for the nutritional info, I buy rite bite chocolate fudge protein bars.they are 80 grams and have 308 calories. And 10 grams of sugar. Can someone help me put?.

A calorie deficit is good for weight loss. If the protein bars are in your calories for the day and you like them, then eat them. If they're too many calories and you can't fit them in, then don't eat them.

(And, just to clarify, you started getting protein bars instead of whey protein mostly because... End-Of-File the taste?)

No foods are good or bad for weight loss. Weight management is about calories in - calories out.

No, they're good for when you're not getting enough protein. Caloric deficit is good for weight loss.
