Ive been eating clean and exercising everyday for 3 weeks and logging on mfp and ive noticed that every 4th or 5th day im eating about 250 calories more, I just feel way more hungry some days. Is this ok? Is this normal? I generally eat 1050 cal per day with the 4th or 5th day being 1250-1300

Doesn't surprise me if you're only eating around 1000 calories a day, I'd get hungry too! Any particular reason you're eating 1050 and not your goal of 1200?0

You're under eating and your body is telling you to fuel it. You should be eating that 1200 everyday, plus exercise calories.0

The minimum safe sustainable consumption for a female is supposed to be 1,200 calories. You are under eating.0

I agree with others that you are not eating enough calories. Hunger is normal.
1200 is the minimum. Eating below that regularly is not going to be okay long term.
If you exercise you should be eating a portion of those calories back too.0
