Fitbit not syncing

I just made a new fitbit account and syncd my fitbit to it and it's not syncing to myfitnesspal and I've disconnected it and connected it and it's still not work. It's syncing to the fitbit app though. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks

I would go on line to fitbit.com and call customer support. they are exremely helpful.

Sorry you are having issues as well. I have problems about every week here at MFP but things are fine at Fitbit website. You can write MFP and see if they can help you

Disconnect your accounts at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/fitbit

Delete both apps from your device, then restart it. Reinstall both apps., and reconnect your accounts.

Enable negative calorie adjustments: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings

In the MFP app, go to More > Steps and choose Fitbit.

If that doesn't fix the problem, contact MFP customer service.

Also I've tried disconnecting and connecting and it's still not working. I know nothing is wrong with the Fitbit app because it syncs my steps to it it's just mfp. It used to say how many calories I've eaten and all that on my fitbit app because it was hooked up to mfp now it just shows my steps on fitbit and not the calories because it's not linking!!

I got a Fitbit for Christmas, it is not in sync with MFP, I don't know why.
I previously had a Garmin, I have deactivated that but it still hasn't helped.
Do I need to go in a computer rather than just doing it on my phone?
