I love buying things for the kitchen and am always looking for tools to make cooking more efficient/tastier. I can't live without my Ninja Kitchen Pulse. It has a large container for food processing, and comes with drink cups for smoothies. I use it all the time and I find it so convenient.

I am sad to say I have a brand new kitchen scale still in the Amazon box! I think I have been mentally unprepared to face what portions REALLY are :sad:0 -

Digital scale, food processor (can't live without banana icecream!), egg slicer (hard-boiled eggs shredded into salad are great).
But the best thing is my thick/thin cheese slicer - cheap but does the job and means you can shave off really thin slices: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Thick-Cheese-Slicer-Creates-Slices/dp/B005BSH9FU/ref=sr_1_13?ie=UTF8&qid=1371581409&sr=8-13&keywords=cheese+wire0 -
My Kitchen Aid mixer. I've had it for probably 16 years now and it still works like new. There are tons of attachments you can get for it, so it's really multi-function. My fav attachment is the pasta roller - love me some homemade pasta!0

A Vitamix that I have not bought yet but I know it will be the one I cannot live without ))0

That looks brilliant! On my list, thanks!0 -

I purchased a Victorinox Chef's Knife and although it was inexpensive I find it works pretty darn good. I would certainly put the funds in to get a higher quality piece...will have to start googling0 -
I think I either own or have owned every kitchen gadget ever made. I rarely use any of them. As long as I have a good sharp knife I have all I need for 99% of the food I prepare.
My favorite gadget is my electric wine opener. Such a needless waste of money, but also a fun toy. The most useful gadget is my immersion blender.0 -
Food scale, measuring cups and spoons.0

I use this literally for everything that doesn't involve heating.
Smoothies, chopping vegetables and fruit, grinding herb and spices, making pestos, kneading dough, whisking and mixing.
It's got a scale built in as well, which is handy .

Love gadgets. I really only need a good sharp knife and quality pots/pans but I really love my actifry and my kitchen aid mixer.0

Ninja for making smoothies and banana ice cream.
Potato masher - but not for mashing potatos, for smashing avocados for guacamole.0 -

A good knife and good pots and pans.0

Oh goodness...
My grill, even though that's outside. We're basically constantly grilling anymore.
My rice cooker/steamer. I thought The Mister was crazy when he insisted it was worth it. Couldn't imagine life without it now.
My scale. Honestly, I only use it on things that are a pain to measure, or I know will be off - like, I use ice cream by weight, not measure, because apparently my measuring cups lie.0 -
My Bialetti Ceramic Cookware
Digital Food Scale
Wusthof knives (though my Jamie Oliver knives come in a close second)0
