Hi,
I'm Henry. I'm from the US and have had good results in the past, but lost my focus and, gee, the weight came back. Now I want to get smaller, since I've retired and want to be more active with my wife.
Please encourage me as you can and hold me accountable to logging and staying aware of the stuff going into my mouth.
