Need help with selecting exercise

Hi Everyone,

I joined MFP and started tracking my calories and exercising a few weeks back. I just walk and do a bit of jogging as of now.

I learnt about Chalene and Turbo jam on this site itself. I really like her work outs, but am not sure which program I should start with... Can you please give your inputs... It would really help.

    When you get the program it gives you the workouts and the order you should use them in. They don't push you they take it up by the week and the videos. I have the workout and love it. When I was doing this everyday I lost so much weight and 3 pants sizes it was great then I stopped and now I regret it. Good luck with whatever you decide.

    Iam doing turbo jam to get rid of some fat and do turbo sculpt twice a week and when i get close to losing a lot of fat I will move to Chalene extreme.

    My friend has the turbo jam boxset, I borrowed it but don know which exercise to start with and which to use when.
    There are many workout programs in it - cardio party, kick boxing, fat blaster, lower body, punch kick, turbo 3t, and 2 discs of turbo jam. I think i may just have to experiment n see... :smile:
