Getting Back to Basics

So it has been about 2 weeks since I got back from a week long camping trip. I have been struggling to maintain my healhy lifestyle with proper nutrition and exercise but it has been hit or miss. So finally this week I feel like I am rebooting and getting back to basics and back on track. My food diary is being filled out religiously and I have been running again which I haven't done since May due to a pinched nerve injury! I am hoping that my body will respond to this reboot like a fresh start and I will see real results! I hope everyone out there who is struggling digs deep and remembers to live without guilt and just preserveer. Never say die, never give up, stay the course, okay enough with the platitudes! Be well and happy everyone!

I am getting back to this too. Been absent for over 2 months and added 7 lbs. Not happy with that, but with a positive "I can do this again" attitude, it can happen. Best of luck to you and yes, don't give up. You're worth it.0
