How to calculate calories when marinating???

I'm Having trouble calculating calories when I marinate chicken or meat. How do I do it?

You could calculate the calories in the marinade, weigh it, marinate, weigh it, and add the calories for the "missing" marinade.
It won't be exact and it might not be worth the trouble, but I don't know if there's another coherent way to approach it other than doing basically the same thing but weighing the meat before and after the marinating.0 -
I usually don't count them. It's too difficult since you don't know how much doesn't get absorbed, how much cooks off, and so on. It doesn't seem to affect the outcome of my weight loss.0

I usually add just a tablespoon of the marinade to my diary.0

Make a recipe entry for your marinade. Weigh it, marinate, then weigh what is left over and record the difference.0
