Hey guys, used this site for awhile and found it worked, but just got too darn lazy to keep up! I started doing the 5k runner app to build up my endurance and decided to give myfitnesspal another try. Last time I weighed myself I came in at 143.5, and my goal is 127(ish). I've never weighed that in my life, but for some reason it sounds like a good number to me. Just wanted to introduce myself, and see if anyone has any tips for someone with 15ish pounds to lose. Thanks!

Hi Lou - I'm nowhere near you...I still have another 30 lbs. to lose, but as someone who has lost weight before - I don't think the secret to losing 15 lbs. is any different than the secret to losing 100 lbs...exercise plenty and eat in moderation. But when you get down to where you are, I've found that one's body is less eager to give up the pounds, so you really have to stay the course and not get frustrated.
