hi everyone, so before I started using a food tracker I went on a hardcore diet consuming 850-1000 calories daily. I lost an extreme amount of weight and some strength so am now tracking food so I don't regain weight but maintain while increasing my strength. I have gone through hell and back, now I must control my body even more. Aiming for 2590-2600 calories daily.
